Using craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and gentle visceral and vascular mobilization, we can connect to the subtle rhythms, pulses and tides of your body – its waves, so to speak – to discover where your body may most need assistance and support. Bodies often develop structural compensatory patterns in response to deeper restrictions within our nerve, organ and circulatory networks. By addressing these underlying restrictions with gentle manual therapy, we can provide more precise relief, allowing us to unwind tension in a more effective way than by treating your symptoms alone.

The Perrin Technique
The Perrin Technique is used to treat chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fibromyalgia and long-COVID. CFS often overlaps with other conditions in individuals with genetic detox disorders, autoimmune conditions, and/ or illness from environmental toxin exposure.
Brain Balance Therapy
